1. Do not skip your breakfast. Eat within 60-120 minutes after woke up.

2. Eat every 3-4hours to avoid you getting hungry.. Breakfast at 8am, Lunch at 1pm, Tea time at 4pm, Dinner at 7pm. Stop taking food at least 2 hours before going to bed.

3. Do not diet till you eat less than what you should in a day for several days.. This wont help to loss weight, because after a week or two, you will start taking more foods and start gaining more weight quicker compare to if you do not diet at all!

4. Drink less carbonated drinks, alcohol, smoothies.. Take more Mineral water & fresh juice.

5. Eat more fresh foods - fresh fruits, vegetables.. Processes food contains less fibre.

3-7 days Detox Recipe

Diet Detox Foods:-

Fruits - Fresh fruits, Dried/Canned/Frozen in their natural way - no artificial flavor or sugar added. Apple, Orange, Plum, Peach, Kiwi, Mango, Raisins, Apricot, Grape, Pineapple etc.

Fruit Juice - Homemade fresh juice is the most advisable, but bottled fruit juice with no artificial flavor/without sugar should be OK.

Vegetables - All kind of vegetables, been sprout, turnip, cabbage, sweetcorn, mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower, salad, tomatoes, cucumber, ladyfingers, carrot etc.

Beans - All kind of beans, including dried/canned in water. Red Kidney, Peas, Black Eyes etc.

Oats - Oatmeal, Oat Bran - Sprinkle on yogurt or salads

Fresh Fish - Cod, Tuna, Dory, Mackerel, Salmon, Crab, Prawn etc.

Natural yogurt

Honey

Virgin Olive Oil / Virgin coconut oil

Water - Mineral water / RO / Plain water

Foods to avoid during detox

  • Chicken, Red Meat, Turkey, Sausage, Burger, etc
  • Milk, Butter, Cheese, Eggs, Creamer
  • Any foods contains wheat - bread, pies, croossant, pastries
  • Saltered Nut/ Crackers
  • Chocolates, sweets, jam

  • Coffee & Tea
  • Carbonated / Cordial drinks

Detox Plan For Breakfast

Muesli and yoghurt
- Homemade muesli - seeds, oats, dried fruit(raisins, apricot, prunes etc) with natural yogurt

Fresh fruits & yogurt
- Any fresh fruit with natural yougurt - sweeten with honey if needed.

Fruit Salad, Yogurt & Oats
- Fresh fruit salad with Natural yogurt & oats

Detox Plan For Lunches

Tuna and sweetcorn jacket potato and salad

Vegetable soup and oatcakes
- Vege (broncoli, coneflower, celery etc) with oatcakes

Mediterranean salad with rice cakes
- Spinach, avocado, tomato with French Basil & Black Pepper with olive oil/virgin coconut oil.

Avocado and prawn salad
- Fresh avocado serve with prawn, salad, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice or yogurt.

Jacket potato with grilled cod
- Grilled cod fillet served with jacket potatoes and lightly steamed vegetables.

Detox Plan for Dinners

Vegetables & Brown Rice
*Vegetables like mushroom, bamboo shoots, been sprouts, chopped carrot stir fry with virgin coconut oil/olive oil and serve with brown rice.
